Question Details:
 In equation F=[q]VxB. What if  V(represent as a vector) is not perpendicular to B?would the equation remain the same?Is there any changes?

What?  Which equation are you talking about? And what is "V" supposed to represent?
 
If I had to guess, my answers would be...
 
  NO    the equation would not remain the same  and
 
  YES   there would be changes.
 
That's the best I can do unless you provide more information.

Ohhhhhhh

Actually the equation is

      F  =  q v B sinθ      where θ is the angle between v and B

If v is perpendicular to B, then  sinθ  is  sin90   which is 1. So the equation becomes just

      F = q v B 

But if v is not perpendicular to B, then you must include that factor of sinθ.
