Can someone help me with this one.....?

An immersion heater has a power rating of 600 watts. It is used to heat water for coffee. How long (in minutes) should it take to bring 1.2 L of water from room temperature (20°C) to 91°C?

Response:
Q=mcΔT P=600 W, so Q=(1.2kg)(4.186x103J/KgC)(91C-20C)= 3.57x105 J. Then the time that it takes for the heater to do this is found with P=W/Δt or Δt=W/P=(3.57x105 J)/(600W)= 594 seconds or 9.9 minutes.
