Response:
a) α=Δω/Δt, so first convert to rad/s  -- 2.51x104rev/min(1min/60s)(2πrad/1rev)= 2628.5 rad/s and the acceleration is α= (2628.5 rad/s)/(3.2s)= 821.4rad/s2
b) Δθ=1/2αt2=1/2(821.4)(3.2)2=4205.5 rads.
