Question Details:
A spinning ice skater draws her arms in closer to her body.  As she does so the:
 
a) angular speed decreases
b) angular momentum increases
c) angular momentum is constant
d) torque on the skater decreases

External Torgue=0 => Conservation of angular momentum:
correct
c) angular momentum is constant
L=I*ω
L constant
Ι decreases
angular speed (ω) increases
