Response Details:
I am assuming R2 is the resistor in the middle
 
We know that 400μA flows through 30k         =>      V = IR = 12 V
 
Since 30k and 20k are in parallel, they have the same voltage. Therefore, the voltage across the middle resistor is 12V as well
