sorry for the bad diagram , but u can find the answer
 here   rA is the position vector from  A to H
 so rA =CH - CA
where CH= 0i+0j-12k
 and    CA=6i+7j-2k
 
so    rA   =  (0i+0j-12k) - (6i+7j-2k)
 
       rA   = -6i -7j-(12+2)k
              = -6i -7j -10k.
