Ixy = 19.02×106 mm4 = 19.0×106 mm4 , solved much along the lines of my solution to a previous question of yours (the triangular notch in a loaf of bread).

Nota:
   Those wishing to determine ICxy  (C ≡ centroid) will simply compute:
                         Ixy - A·xC·yC = +19.02×106 - 19.02×106 = 0 ...
  I, for one, would definitely invoke the symmetry argument for an even faster computation.
