Hello,  I'm still confused with the procedure for solving.  Do I use something like:
aB = a A + (aB/A)t + (aB/A)n
or
aB = aA + α x rB/A - ω2rB/A, or what?

Please help me and feel free to guide me through the process. Thank you for looking.
