Question Details:
  Problem 1 The 100 kg beam BD shown in the figure below is supported by two rods having negligible mass. Determine the force created in each rod if at the instant θ =30° the rods are both swinging freely with an angular velocity of w= 6 rad/s. Hint: BD is in curvilinear translation, why?--> all the points in rod BD will have the same acceleration.
 
HINT:  curvilinear translation
            BD :   Σ F= maG
                     Σ MG = IG α
