Response:
y(x) = sin(3x)
y '(x) = 3.cos(3x)
y "(x) = - 3(3)sin(3x) = -9.sin(3x)

===> y " + 4y = -9.sin(3x) + 4.sin(3x) = -5.sin(3x)  # 0  <---- not a solution
------------------------------

z(x) = cos(2x) + 2sin(2x)
z '(x) = -2.sin(2x) + 4.cos(2x)
z " (x) = -4.cos(2x) - 8.sin(2x)

===> z " + 4z = -4cos(2x) - 8.sin(2x) + 4.cos(2x) + 8.sin(2x) = 0

===> z is the solution to the differential equation

hope ths helps
