Bridge Rectifier - assignment due June 24
Course Textbook Chapter Problem
N/A "Microelectronic Circuits and Devices", 2nd ed. by Mark N. Horenstein 4 4.69
Question Details:
a) Draw the circuit diagram of a bridge rectifier made from pn junction diodes that will function as a negative rectifier. Show the path of current flow for both positive and negative Vin.
b) Plot the Vin-Vout transfer characteristic of the circuit described in part (a).
c) Plot the output voltage and load current versus time if the input is a 10 V peak sinusoidal voltage and the load is a 1 kOhm resistor.
