Question Details:
I cannot find the voltage Vx  for t> 0 in the showed circuit...

since the 1 ohm, 4 henries and 3 farads are in parallel, they have the same voltage, and the voltage across a capacitor cannot change abruptly.  Therefore all three voltages cannot change abruptly, and
 
Vx(0-) = Vx(0+)
 
Vx(0-) = 12V (1ohm/5ohm) = 2.4V = Vx(t > 0)
