Beam Problem

Question: The ski supports the 180 lb man. If the snow loading on its bottom surface is trapezoidal as shown, determine the intensity w, and then draw the shear and moment diagrams for the ski.
 
I already solved for w to be 40. However,  I am not sure what the moment is 2 feet in from the left side of the ski nor how to go about drawing the moment and shear diagram for this particular loading.

Any help would be great =)
