is this supposed to be 6*natural log(4x + 1)?  That's how I'll do it
 
derivative of ln(x) is 1/x, so ln(4x+1) is just 1/(4x + 1)
 
But, because of the chain rule, the 4 comes out from the x, so it becomes 4/(4x + 1)
 
Now there is a constant (6) being multiplied, so the total derivative is 24/(4x + 1)
