The given combination is an acid buffer
 Therefore pH = Pka + log [salt]/[acid]
   Ka of acetic acid = 1.8 x 10-5
              pKa = -log (1.8 x 10-5)
                      = 5 - log 1.5
 pH  = 5 - log1.5 + log[0.35/0.10]
       = 5 - log 1.5 + log3.5
      = 5 - 0.1760 + 0.5440
      = 5.368
pH of the solution = 5.368
