Response:
  Aquation of complex can be defined as the replacement of one of the anionic ligand by water molecule.
  [Co(NH3)5Cl]2+    + H2O (l) ---------------->  [Co(NH3)5H2O]2+  + Cl-(aq)
   This reaction is accelerated by Ag+ because the anionic ligangd Cl- is attracted by silver ion to form AgCl precipitation.
