= ± ∞  Since,  you are dividing by 0.

However to figure out the sign from the left side (or "from negative direction"), we plug in a number on the left side close to 3.
So lets pick 2. 4/(4-9) = negative number

So = -∞

Pick any number left of 3......................>ex x=2.5 we get negative y value which tells us function is decreasing and approaching -∞

So = -∞
