Will rate lifesaver...can't figure out how to find this limit for the life of me!!!!

Altair is correct.  Double check the problem.  Your instructor maybe incorrect

write the problem like this




take the natural log of both sides



using the properties of logs we can write



again using the properties of logs we can write



now lne = 1







this is the limit of lny as x approaches infinity

we want y




as x goes to infinity



i double checked the answer with Maple.  It gives an answer of infinity
