Rohman's blind guessing is wrong.  Series converges and here's why:
 
 
 
 =     [1/n4 is a p-series with p=4>1 , thus this series converges]
 
So by Comparison Test, the original series converges as well.

ok, there's no 8 on the bottom but still the series converges.
