Response:

x = 4 + 2cos(t)
y = 3 + 2sin(t)
You have a semicircle
Centerend on (4,3)  and radius 2
x = 4 + 2cos(t)
when  t=π/2   x=4   and when t=3π/2  x=4
y = 3 + 2sin(t)
when  t=π/2   y=5   and when t=3π/2  y=1

You start at (4,5)  and finish at (4,1)

π/2 ≤ t ≤ 3π/2
