Response:
The various parts of root are:
 
A = Stele : Present in a vascular plant, the stele is the central part of the root or stem. It contains the vascular tissue (xylem and phloem) and sometimes a pith.
B = Cortex : It is the region of tissue in plant root lying between the epidermis and the vascular tissue.
C = Epidermis: The outermost layer of cells, as covering.
D = Root hair : They are thin thread like hair growth on the epidermal cells in a plant root. It helps to absorb water and minerals from the soil for the plants.
