(15xy2-5x2y3+10x3y6)/(5x2y2)
It might be better to factor out like terms in the numerator.
5xy2(3-5xy+10x2y4)/5x2y2=(3-5xy+10x2y4)/x=(3/x)-5y+10xy4.

  From the numerator, you can pull out 5xy2, which will give you
The 5, an x, and the y's will cancel out, leaving you

(2x^(2)y^(4)-xy+3)/(x)

 

(2x^(2)y^(4))/(x)-(xy)/(x)+(3)/(x)

 

2xy^(4)-(xy)/(x)+(3)/(x)

 

ANSWER:   2xy^(4)-y+(3)/(x)
