You multiple the botom by the conjugate 7+2i
3i/(7-2i)*(7+2i)/(7+2i) = 21 i +6i2/ 49+2i2 = 21i-6/51 Real part -6/51+21/51 (i) Simplify -2/17+7-17(i)
