Reverse Triangle Inequality Proof (just need last step)

Question Details:
Prove that ||a|-|b||<=|a-b|

i looked online at this website http://math.ucsd.edu/~wgarner/math4c/derivations/other/triangleinequal.htm
and it got me all the way to the end but their final solution is listed as |a|-|b| instead of ||a|-|b|| on the left side of the inequality.  can someone help me with this last step.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
